Every question we get

Fair questions, straight answers.

Which guide should I buy?

Take the 60-second check. Roughly: periods still happening, even regular, is Peri-Menopause. Stopped in the last five years is Menopause. Longer than that is Post-Menopause. Straddling two, or buying for a sister as well: the complete set.

What exactly do I receive, and how?

Two PDFs by email within minutes: your guide (40 to 55 pages, designed for a phone) and the Tools file (tracker, GP page, question card, made to print). The complete set is three guides plus the Tools file. Nothing ships, nothing renews.

Is there a subscription or an app?

No. One payment, your files, yours forever. No account, no app, nothing on your phone that anyone needs to know about.

Can I pay with Afterpay or PayPal?

Checkout shows every method available to you: cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and Afterpay where it's enabled. Everything is processed by Shopify; we never see your card details.

I picked the wrong stage. What now?

Every guide opens with "This guide is for you if", the four signs of its stage, so you'll know within a page. If it isn't you, the complete set at A$89 covers all three stages, and a second single guide is A$39. Before buying, the free check picks your stage in sixty seconds.

I didn't get the email.

Your download links are on your order page, permanently: open the order confirmation email from Shopify and tap "View your order". Nothing in your inbox at all? Check spam and promotions, the sender is Feminesis. If you mistyped your email at checkout, the confirmation went to that address; log in with the email you used at your account.

What's your refund policy?

The guides are digital files delivered instantly, so there is no change-of-mind refund once they've been sent. That's why the check is free and the product page shows exactly what's inside before you pay. Full terms on the refund policy page.

Can I print the guide?

Yes, it's A4. The Tools file is designed to be printed, that's the point of it. Stick the tracker on the fridge and bring the GP page to your appointment.

Can I share it with a friend?

It's written for one reader and priced accordingly. Send her the check and she'll get her own stage. Sisters and mothers are why the complete set exists.

Is this medical advice?

No. The guides are educational. They explain what's happening, help you document it and prepare you for a proper conversation with a doctor who knows you. They don't diagnose or prescribe. They make the appointment work.

What is the Doctor Kit?

The chapter every guide is built around. Four weeks of tracking, one page to bring, twelve questions word for word, the script for the last two minutes, what to say if you're dismissed, and how to book the Medicare menopause health assessment in Australia.

My periods are regular and I've never had a hot flush. Is it still for me?

That's the most common way it starts, and the most commonly missed. Sleep, anxiety, rage and lost words often come years before periods change. The Peri-Menopause guide is written for exactly this.

I went through it early, or after surgery or cancer treatment.

The Doctor Kit has a dedicated section for early, surgical and treatment-induced menopause, with the questions your appointment needs. The check routes you by age when periods can't be used as a guide.

Is it written for Australia?

Yes. Medicare, the PBS, the Australasian Menopause Society directory, the screening you're entitled to, Australian spelling. The explanations work anywhere; the pages about the system are Australian.

Who wrote this?

Nicole, 47, Geelong, told it was stress by two doctors and believed them for eighteen months. The guides are sourced from what the Australasian Menopause Society, Jean Hailes and the RACGP publish. Her story.

Are you doctors?

No, and we don't pretend to be. We're the explanation you should have been handed, and the preparation that makes your doctor's ten minutes count.

Do you work with clinics, GPs or workplaces?

Clinics, GPs, workplaces and media can write to contact@feminesis.com. It's the one inbox we read for partnerships.

Nothing matches that word. Try "guide", "files", "stage" or "Australia".
