REFUND & WITHDRAWAL POLICY

DIGITAL PRODUCTS – LEGAL RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Under French consumer law (Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code), the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that is delivered immediately, once you have:
(a) given your prior express consent to immediate delivery, and
(b) acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
By completing your purchase and downloading the e-book, you expressly agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge this waiver, in accordance with applicable law.

OUR VOLUNTARY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
Notwithstanding the above, Feminesis offers a voluntary satisfaction guarantee as a commercial goodwill gesture, independent of the statutory right of withdrawal:
- You may request a full refund within [14] days of your purchase if you are not satisfied with the e-book.
- To request a refund, email us at contact@feminesis.com with your order number.
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within [5–10] business days of approval.
- This guarantee is offered at Feminesis's discretion and does not affect any other legal rights you may have under the law applicable to your country of residence.

FAULTY OR NON-DELIVERED PRODUCT
If your e-book file is corrupted, incomplete, or was never delivered due to a technical error on our end, you are entitled to a free replacement or full refund, regardless of the above time limits.
