Feminesis (Baptistes Corporation) sells digital products only (e-books in PDF format, plus printable trackers where included). No physical items are shipped.

HOW DELIVERY WORKS
- After your payment is confirmed, your e-book (and any bonus materials) is delivered instantly by email to the address you provided at checkout.
- Delivery typically occurs within a few minutes of purchase. In rare cases (high traffic, email filtering), it may take up to 24 hours.
- Please check your spam/junk folder if you have not received your order confirmation and download link within a few minutes.

ACCESS ISSUES
If you do not receive your e-book or experience any issue accessing your download, contact us at contact@feminesis.com and we will resolve it promptly.

NO SHIPPING COSTS
As all products are digital, no shipping fees apply and there are no customs or import considerations, regardless of your location.
